Information on both natural and medical options of childbirth combined with practical skills, such as positions, massage and breathing, will help you make informed decisions and give a more confident outlook on your upcoming birth. Choosing to take prenatal classes is the first step towards a more satisfying birth experience.
Becoming a parent is also a time of great change. Exploring those changes that occur after the birth of a baby together with basic baby care skills will help you enjoy those precious first months with your new baby.

Please note that a minimum number of registrations is necessary to go ahead with the classes. Courses can be cancelled up to a week before the scheduled date. In case of cancellation, full refund will be given and private or semi-private classes can be arranged with the instructor for the appropriate fee.
