These classes allows for more flexibility and individualization. Classes can be scheduled during week day evenings or Saturdays.

They greatly benefit those who may have apprehensions, special issues involving childbirth, are not able to attend weekly groups or those on bed rest.

Hourly rate - $40
The hourly rate is often beneficial to those who already have good knowledge about childbirth. Women in their second or subsequent pregnancy, just wanting to complement their already existent knowledge, or looking for specific information such as home-birth, water-birth, multiple pregnancy or VBAC (Vaginal Birth after Caesarean Section) can benefit from this option. A minimum of 2 hours is charged.

If this is your first pregnancy the 10 hours offered with the initial package is the minimum hours recommended to prepare you for this amazing journey. Think how much time, research and money is spent in preparing for a wedding, holidays, developing careers etc...
